The primary reason why people do not have the health they want is that they are thinking more about what they don’t want than what they do want.
They think more about the disease than they do about health and well-being.
If a patient is focused on illness, then they are inadvertently bringing more illness to them, that’s how life works.
On the other hand, if the patient focuses on health and removes all notion of illness from their thoughts and feelings, then they must produce health.

Today, I am so happy to be back home.
It feels so cool to be back in my home office, working on my desk, sitting on my therapy chair, being reunited with my books, reunited with my tribe.
Yes! I have desired to travel for business, connect with people from different parts of the world, experience various cultures - I wanna explore, see, and appreciate the world.
And guess what?
That’s what I am experiencing right now – at its finest!
But, after delivering health and happiness to my clients, still, there’s no place like home.
Home as always is the best place to be.
