Whatever state has your attention holds your life.

Your consciousness is the light reflected on the mirror of your mind and projected to the one of whom you think.


By mentally speaking to the subjective image in your mind you caused the mirror of your mind to vibrate.



Therefore, to become attentive to a former state is to return to that condition.


This week, I have given myself the opportunity to have a holiday while working. It’s an all-expense-paid trip for doing the things that I want. I’ve got to meet, learn, and engage with people with who I have not had thought I would rendezvous with. That, being a former Montessori teacher, who was doing a stationary 9-5 job, I would have not known that one day


I will be flying to some places around the globe to work with people in a personal, meaningful, and supportive kind of way.


Personal because the engagement is way more than just being academic, business – functional.


Meaningful because the end goal is beyond the SMART models, it’s agile yet goal specific.


Supportive because it breaks away from the conventional outward extrinsic reward and punishment.


It’s an honor to be a Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and Coach. Working with people in different walks of life gives me the space to hold space where each day is dynamically different; it creates an avenue for me to expand my perspective on motivation and success; more so, it affords me the sacred opportunity to journey with individuals, seeing all of them rise.


So, remember to put your focus, not on your former state, nor consider the things of old.

Give yourself a fresh start.

End the anguish and pain.

Choose, decide, invest in yourself.

Because who you are now may yet be the person who you are meant to be.
