As a therapist, energy healer, and holistic coach, I believe that if your current life doesn’t align with the joy you desire, it’s time to reflect.

Something I’ve always found fascinating is the way people choose to make themselves unhappy.


I’m using the word “unhappy” because often, it is a voluntary decision.

Many of us, including me, participate in experiences that we know are going to cause us pain.


I used to beat myself up with every single comment others make about me. And I would try my hardest to fit in - mostly pleasing others, just to fit in.

Growing up, I feared for my acceptability. If limiting myself was going to help me get the acceptance, I was going to keep pleasing others. Eventually, people pleasing and self sabotage became habitual.


But not anymore. Thanks to PTSD ‘coz it made me see through (the flashbacks) that after all, we are still a miraculous arrangement of atoms, a unquie expression of energy, and we are all meant to be here.

And you aren’t responsible for your childhood conditioning, but you need to take responsibility for changing it now.


Choose happiness instead.
