The truth is… you can heal yourself from all of life’s trauma and still keep the pureness of your heart."
I have learned that healing doesn’t mean pretending the pain never happened.
It’s about looking at your wounds, as painful as they are, and allowing yourself to move through them—with love, forgiveness, and compassion for yourself.
It amazes me how the heart can remain pure, no matter what it’s been through.
The more I’ve chosen to heal, the more I’ve realised that the tenderness I feared losing has grown stronger.
That’s the beauty of it—you don’t lose your softness; you grow deeper because of it.
If you’re walking this path, I just want to remind you your trauma doesn’t define you.
Your healing refines you.
And your heart?
It’s still as beautiful as it’s always been.
Take it one day at a time. Trust yourself. You’re more resilient than you know.
