Now let’s talk about BREATHING

Have you known that there are forces affecting your breathing?

I was 7 years old when I first got my interest in observing how people breathe.

At that very young age, I came to notice that some inhalations are passive, and some are active.

Also, I came to realise that apnoea occurs both during a time of total relaxation and of intense activity.

Depending on the time it takes to breathe or the volume of a breath, the forces involved in these actions can change completely.

But why is breathing necessary?

Of course! By its scientific goal, breathing or respiration is to oxygenate the blood.

Through breathing, the body takes in an outside element called oxygen.

Through breathing, this oxygen fuels the cells, making the tissues function properly.

Through breathing, the body transforms oxygen, emitting out carbon dioxide.

It’s a mechanism that involves taking in and emitting out.

Inspiration (breathing in) and expiration (breathing out).

---- 🧠

Just like in breathing, our life is a process of inspiration and expiration.

As the volume increases, the pressure decreases – inspiration.

As the volume decreases, the pressure increases – expiration.

It’s a graceful dance between form and function.

---- 🧠

So, tell me

How are you breathing?

Which of these two forces do you tend to have more of?

Are you passively or actively taking?

Are you passively or actively giving away?

Do you breathe with grace?

Do you experience increased pressure when taking?

Or

Do you experience increased pressure when giving away?

---- 🧠

Observe and watch how you breathe

And you will understand your patterns of behaviour, your energy level, mental clarity, physical health, well-being, relationship quality.

Because

Literally, your breath can literally lead you to success.
