Lessons of the day:

Today, I have revisited and relearned the skills in diving.
Although my body was resisting as it remembered the unwanted memories that have been attached to the experience of having gone underwater, I carried on.
I have trialed in the pool before pushing myself into the open ocean.
I have acknowledged the memories, thanked and released them. I have created a fun memory knowing that I have got the power of choice to go for a fun adventure.
My heart was overflowing with appreciation for the wonderful things that life has afforded for me.
How amazing is it to have fun while at work?
How amazing it is to have joined and been welcomed into other people’s circle of love.
