Happy New Year!


Life can and will change.

That is the nature of life and the power of time.

Eve before Christmas, my husband and I watched Chris Hemsworth’s transformation documentary on Netflix.

One episode showed about fasting. Although I have recommended it to my clients, I personally have not done it myself - meaning longer than the 18:6 intermittent fasting.

I have researched about the approach and get to understand the pros and cons of it - primarily doing the water only fasting.

I am so proud of myself, that in my intent to do a wholistic cleansing, I have done 4 1/2 days of no food, only water.

In doing so, I also have detoxed myself from all gadgets and technologies apart from listening to podcast relating to fasting.

Wow! Apart from feeling so good, I also felt so grounded, sharp, calm, and focused.

This year, I will put more attention in connecting with my body, becoming more aware of the relationship between my inside universe and how it affects my outward world.
