Do You Believe We Are Multidimensional Beings?

Yesterday, I had the privilege of visiting the Rila Monastery, a place that feels like it’s suspended between worlds.

Founded by St. Ivan Rilski, whose life and legacy are honoured today, it’s a sanctuary where the physical and spiritual seem to blend seamlessly.

As I stood in the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Church, I sought the intercession of St. Ivan Rilski, the healer monk, to grant the wishes of those I promised to pray for. It was a powerful moment—one that reminded me how truly interconnected our lives are.

In that sacred space, I couldn’t help but think about how we’re not just living our everyday lives on a surface level.

We carry the energy of our experiences, ancestors, and deepest hopes.

It’s like we’re all simultaneously navigating multiple layers of existence—some seen, some unseen.

Visiting the monastery brought this multidimensional reality to life for me. It made me realise that our prayers, intentions, and actions reach far beyond what we can see.

They ripple through time and space, touching lives in ways we might not even fully understand.

So, what about you?

Do you believe there’s more to us than meets the eye?

How do you connect with those more profound layers of your existence?

I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
