Initially, I thought about taking the three days between my trip from Barcelona to Sofia as time off. But the universe had other plans.
I was led to do something for someone very
dear to me.
And so, I found myself hiking up the Rila Mountains to witness five of her magnificent seven lakes.
Can you believe it? I hiked 2,500 meters above sea level!
It took me nearly 5 hours to complete the trek, but I did it!
I commissioned the strength of my lungs for my love for Madame J, who was in the hospital undergoing a Thoracentesis procedure.
As I climbed the steep, rocky, dusty slopes, I felt my lungs and heart strain as if I might pass out, but I kept going.
Every silent step was a prayer.
This journey reminded me of a profound truth:
"When you clearly intend to heal all aspects of life, then your true work begins."
Upon reaching the top, I celebrated my success with a punnet of blueberries and water.
In the stillness, I found clarity. In the beauty around me, I drew inspiration.
This sacred space of effort and rest taught me that healing is not just about mending what is broken but nurturing every part of our being to thrive.
As I descended, I thanked Mother Nature for allowing me to experience realms beyond the physical.
I also thanked God for the gifts of the elements and the courage to take inspired action.
Here is embracing the healing journey, honouring our purpose, and committing to the true work that follows. ⛰️🌱✨
